Craig Ricketts and Stephan Haah, who are two of the principals of Rockingham Asset Management, met with Al Gore at the filming of a soon to be released documentary. Gore presented an overwhelming preponderance of scientific information in relation to the state of the environment. He passionately presented visual documentation of global glacial meltdowns, population growth and massive weather pattern changes. The film highlights the projection of our global environment, primarily triggered by the effects of carbon dioxide use.
Environmentally sound development for sustainability is mandatory for any responsible developer who operates from a place of global integrity. Our goal at Rockingham Asset Management is to set an example of social and ecological sensitivity while cre- sting a successful enterprise and world-class development. Our land plan includes pathways for elec- trice vehicle use in an effort to help eliminate toxic emissions and the need for fossil fuel usage on our land. As well, we are incorporating the use of non-toxic materials and sustainable energy resources in our architectural guidelines.
It was a great honor to be present at this special event filming and to feel the impact of our work with this project in relation to the whole of the planet. For us, personally, we feel a responsibility to the world on a whole, to our future Liberty Cove community, to the people of Puerto Libertad and to our children, to be as environmentally and socially conscious as possible.
